Windows on the beach

Karl and Ginny are awesome to work with. We decided on very short notice to take a trip, and he made the process very easy. We were very pleased when we walked through the doors to the condominium. Windows span the entire family and eating area offering a spectacular view of the Gulf.

It was great to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. Access to the beach is extremely easy. We enjoyed taking long walks on the beautiful white sand.

The condominium is very well equipped to provide a nice, relaxing stay. The kitchen has everything needed to make meals. All of the rooms are very spacious. The condominium is located far enough away from the center of activity, but yet close enough to walk to what is needed. It's a very short car ride to a nice shopping center or large grocery store.

We would highly recommend Karl's place to anyone. I believe first impressions are very important and our first impression of the condo was awesome the window curtains all across the living room were open and the view was breathtaking! The condo was clean and large.

So that made experience even better! I miss it already! First, the owner Karl was extremely helpful and gracious! I am in a wheelchair and Karl measured all doorways and personally checked access to the beach. I rented a power beach wheelchair for the week and was able to park and charge it under a covered area right outside the doorway going to the beach.

The condo was clean, spacious, updated and the view was priceless! I had no trouble getting around the condo in my wheelchair. The pool area, grills and grounds were clean and loved the easy access to the beautiful beach. We had so much fun at night looking for sand crabs! The people were friendly and helpful. I can see why people keep coming back to this condo and owners! I highly recommend this condo and Dunes of Panama.

The condo was clean. Karla was very helpful and kind. We would highly rent this condo again. The view is the best view of the beach that you could ask for. Every room you can see the beach. Karl's family have a wonderful condo. Each room has large window walls. Even rainy days are beautiful with those views.

Kitchen is small, but I wasn't planning on cooking a lot. There is a separate ice machine in the well equipped kitchen so no worries of running out of ice. The master bdrm was large and comfy. Plenty of drawer and closet space. The large bedroom window looks over the beach, but also walkway to water areas.

So you have to be careful with mirrors and views. The 2nd bedroom has 2 lg beds and also has window wall. This beautifully furnished condo is on the 1st floor. That makes it just steps from the pool and beach areas. Step out the condo, make a right turn and you are going out to the walkway to water areas. We were occasionally briefly stunned when this walkway door slammed by the wind. The balcony has a gorgeous view and comfy furniture. You are on the front - end corner - so 2 directions of views over the beach and beautiful water.

Everything was clean and maintained. Karl is extremely helpful and attentive. He was quick to communicate via internet and phone. Always making sure everything was perfect. He had menus and recommendations for local restaurants and other helpful areas. Plus, we were able to take our fur baby on vacation too. They had designated "doggie" areas which were maintained and convenient. We were in the area for our 40th anniversary and didn't realize it was Spring Break week when we booked.

Our concerns were quickly put to rest by management. We saw only 2 instances of young men getting a little loud. It was handled extremely quick. We were on the quieter end of PCB. This condo is perfect for a couple or a family. Everything is so convenient and easy. Never stayed so close to the water - beautiful and relaxing! The condo was very clean and has been well maintained.

The pool area is especially inviting. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beachfront stay! We really enjoyed Pier Park, which is nearby, and loved both Schooners and Captain Anderson's restaurants, which are close. In fact, we think it's even nicer and roomier than the pictures on the website. Karl went above and beyond our expectations of a condo owner. He genuinely cared that we were happy with every facet of our stay.

We also found The Dunes community to be very friendly with condo guests. We especially enjoyed Dusty's Oyster Bar!!! We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to family and friends!!!!! The view of the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed the seafood at Dirty Dicks.

Also the cafe across the street from the condo and the Wicked Wheel. Karl was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to going again next year. Karl said that we were going to love the condo and he was right. Thank you, Karl and Ginny, for letting us stay at your condo.

I would recommend this to anyone and everyone it was one of the greatest experiences has had in a rental property. The condo is clean and well maintained, very spacious and comfortable, with new furniture in the living area. Beach views in every room, awesome view from the living room, kitchen, and dining areas.

We love the easy access to the beach; no elevator needed, just a quick walk out the door and down a few steps. The owners are very responsive, easy to reach with questions if needed. Full laundry, large rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and convenient location to dining and shopping make this a great place to stay. We were able to bring our small dog with us; he knows the place and loves it too.

Sure makes everything easier for us. We will stay here any chance we have! It was clean and beautiful. The views of the ocean can be seen in almost every room in the condo. I highly recommend it. It was close to the beach and the pool.

All in all we enjoyed our stay and would most likely be back. It was a little frustrating to have to continually ask the office for trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Convenient location to the beach, parking, and pools. Generous rooms, fresh and clean, everything in good working order and recently decorated. The perfect weather, pet-friendly environment and courteous owner and building staff made this a memorable and stress-free vacation. This place is amazing! This was our first time vacationing in Florida Karl was so great when I reserved the dates and very helpful with all the planning even trying to get the best flights from CT.

We had a great time, check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. We would definitely recommend your condo. Many great recommendations on where to eat. Very modern and clean quite walk to beach or pool without using an elevator I will stay here again. Wonderful condo and office staff and owners. Cleanliness is superb! Beach access is the best we have ever encountered.

Local restaurants are fabulous if you care to dine out or cooking in the condo has all the immunities you could ask for. It was a fabulous experience that created memories for a lifetime with our family!!!!! This was our third year staying at Karl and Ginny's condo and I hope we have many more years of staying here! It was a special time for us this year, our 10 year anniversary, and we wanted to spend it in this beautiful place.

We love this condo and long for it all the other weeks of the year that we can't be down there. The views are absolutely spectacular and the condo itself is spacious and very comfortable. It takes no time to make it a home away from home. We are homebodies, so the fact that we can just relax in the front room and have a panoramic view of the beach is wonderful. What a wonderful way to enjoy the beach and all the area has to offer. This is our second stay at Ginny and Karl's condo, and we loved it just as much as before. Clean, well equipped, pet friendly and so convenient. The first floor location is high enough to be above the parking and street, but only steps from the beach, no elevator ride required to hit the surf or the pools.

The huge windows provide an awesome view of the beach throughout the condo. Even on a rainy day, it's fun to watch the surf, which is only a short walk away. The corner location gives you views out the kitchen as well. Nice balcony, too. This place is larger and more comfortable than most, and has all the amenities.

We loved all the great restaurants nearby, especially the seafood! Highly recommend! Karl was very helpful and kind. By far, the best place we have ever stayed in PCB! We were expecting a lot from the description and the pictures, and boy did it deliver!! The views were awesome and beach access was super convenient and literally steps away from the condo door. Check in and check out was super easy. The management staff was very easy to deal with and the owners were fantastic.

Karl was very helpful when booking the condo and continued to provide us with information about PCB as well as tips and tricks to make our stay even better. He even texted to make sure we arrived ok and that everything was as expected. He followed up on Tuesday to make sure things were still going well. And then again on the day we left to thank us for using his condo.

Truly a great experience overall! The condo was spacious and comfortable. You can tell it has been remodeled and very well taken care of. There is even newer furniture than what some of the pictures show. The location of the condo was on the quieter end of PCB, but within easy driving distance of anything you would want to do.

The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all because this complex is not one of the huge high rise complexes that cause crowding at the beach. Your parking is in a gated area and made us feel very secure. My parents even came along and had a wonderful time. They are in their 60's one just a few months outside of surgery for a broken leg and loved the convenience to the beach!

We also were able to bring our dog with us which made our stay even easier on us. My kids are 13 and 9 and loved every minute of our stay! Karl and Ginny definitely make sure you are taken care of Thank you Karl and GInny for sharing your wonderful condo with us! Loved being able to see great sunset and sun up from any room in the condo. My whole family enjoyed the stay. Thank You for the wonderful first experience for my grandchildren and my mom.

Can't wait to do it again hopefully next year. I found this condo on the internet. I was so lucky in my selection. It could not get any better than this place. How many times have you had trouble deciding whether to stay inside a condo or to go sit on the beach.

When walking on the beach looking up at the other condominiums I knew I had made the best decision. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in the future.

Karl and Ginny had everything you could need on hand to make our stay pleasant. The Dunes of Panama staff were also very helpful and friendly.

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo and it's just beautiful! The master bedroom is so big and you just never want to get out of the bed cause it's so comfy.

The condo is big with lots of room and a beautiful view off the deck looking at the gulf and then down the beach. The best thing about waking up in the morning is going out on the deck and drinking coffee, the view is awesome, I miss it already!

The owner is so nice and sends you a list of all the good places to eat and visit. He then makes a call after a few days to see if everything is good and you are happy with the condo.

You couldn't ask for a better owner to rent from. I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed! Grounds were well kept and management staff very friendly. You have to see the view of the beach to believe it. The unit is conveniently located to everything you might need or want.

Information provided by owner on restaurants was accurate. The meals we had at the suggested places were outstanding. I have already recommended this condo to relatives and friends and am planning a return trip.

Pet friendly under 25 lbs by HOA. This unit is located on the less crowded end of PCB and was perfect for us. There is a larger pool with refreshments located at the opposite end of Dunes of Panama, but we loved our little end of the complex so much, we never ventured down that way. We were lucky to have excellent weather our entire stay, so pitched our tent early each morning and left it there until the sun began to set.

If you are familiar with PCB, you know there is a tendency for seaweed to accumulate along the shore in warm weather. There are many wonderful things about this unit, but the view and the first level location are priceless.

The living area is large enough to accommodate a large group for dinner and the under-counter icemaker came in very handy. Karl and Ginny are wonderful to work with and we appreciated all of the tips and recommendations. PCB has many good restaurants to choose from when you don't feel like cooking. Our most memorable will be walking across the street to eat tacos at Finns Island Style Grub for lunch.

Being from SC, there are many other beaches we can travel to in less than half the time. We won't make it back every year, but we will definitely make it back. Just had our fourth stay at this amazing condo! We have never stayed at a condo in Panama City Beach that we've loved as much as this one.

It is very spacious, has panoramic views, and meets all of our needs. Very easy and short walk to the beach, which is nice considering we have our young grandchildren, and lots of "stuff" to carry.
